We are not saying team fouls are old yellow card fouls. We are saying they are set between old minor fouls and yellow card fouls.
An 'unintenional' foul will most likely not have enough force behind it for a player to lose the ball - if it does then it wasn't 'unintenional' and a team foul can be given.
What other comments? I thought you meant the blue card comments, which I answered in my last post ?? _________________ Karl Wilson

Phil - good afternoon.
Looks like you are having the same frustrations as me
NONE OF THE GREAT and GOOD of the NRHA can be bothered to answer your questions.
Would it not make sence if these questions were answered - even by private e mail ( and circulate to all refs) so that, as I said earlier, we were all singing off the same hymn sheet.
Instead are they leaving it to K using the royal "We" to answer these questions. |

None of the NRHA come on here, on have infact suggested to us that we don't either.
The answers you would get from them are the same as what i am telling you. They are not 'leaving it up to me' as it is part of my job to answer these questions.
What was the question you asked Stewart? _________________ Karl Wilson

P.S.
Correct me if I am wrong I thought your job was to keep the Refs contact details up to date and not to be the UK Authority of Rules and their Application.
Maybe i am reading the NRHA web page wrong |

You are not reading what i put are you? That is my position in the crhr. I am also the nc refs officer. You ask for someone in a position of power to answer you, but ignore one who answers you. Im still waiting for your question, or am i not good enough? _________________ Karl Wilson

Lets put the facts clearly
1, You are not speaking or advising on behalf of the NRHA,
2, You maybe speaking or advising from your "position of power" within the NCRHA
For some reason it is not sinking in!!!!!! |

In your line of work, is there somebody above you in the organisation who you report to? If there isn't lets assume there is. If you had an issue with something that you are meant to be doing, and it is his job to answer these issues, would you ask him? _________________ Karl Wilson
